A painterly vision of adventurers approaching Britain beneath a blood moon
Novus Opiate Seclorum Redux

The world we built
The chaos you remember
A new era begins

Led by original creators Probe and Kho’saf, NOS Redux rebuilds Novus from its original source and history—restoring its identity while creating its next chapter

Some worlds do not leave you

Novus was dangerous, pioneering, unstable—and unmistakably alive

Britain Bank was where business got done and fights started: smiths chased Black Rock, players bought rare eggs from the vending row, guilds called one another out, and everybody knew the guards stopped at the town line. Beyond that line you carried only what you could afford to lose—Novus handed players the tools and let them settle the rest.

“Novus was never just a server to us. It was a world we built together.”Probe & Kho’saf · Original creators

The Chronicle

The old pages survived

Official news from 1999, the March 2000 homepage, NOS Stratics, server scripts, world saves, and six forum collections now sit in one dated record. Memory remains part of the story, but it no longer has to carry the dates alone.
