What these artifacts establish
The reviewed banner and title are original public identity material from the later site. The March 2000 homepage capture is a dated public snapshot. Together they establish how the project named itself and how the site presented server news, technical requirements, and community confidence at that moment.
They do not prove that every linked file survived, that every claim remained true, or that the displayed layout represents December 1999.
What the front door contained
A visitor could move from the homepage to current news, player and GM rules, login instructions, file downloads, staff information, shard status, the UBB board, and the NOS Stratics reference site. Those routes explain how a large shard operated before launchers, Discord, and community wikis became standard.
The viewer preserves that hierarchy without reviving old forms, scripts, account pages, or downloads. It is a reading copy of the public site, not a working 2000 login system.
