What survived
The archive brings together official 2000 UBB pages, 2001 board captures, a Russian-language Network54 community, later recovered UBB material, the 2006 old-Novus forum, and the Novus POL transition record. Each collection keeps its own date and origin.
What the original board looked like
The Nov. 17, 2000 UBB index reported 1,801 registered members and ten sections. General Discussion alone reported 10,602 messages, beside bugs, suggestions, guilds, quests, visitors, bounties, trade, staff, and Abyss discussion.
Use the archive as history
An old handle is not a current login, identity claim, guild entitlement, or rule. Search by topic, post text, author, date, or collection, then check the era before using a post to describe Novus.
