Guilds made the map personal
A bridge, bank, dungeon entrance, house, or town mattered because somebody claimed it, defended it, camped it, or was expected to appear there. Contemporary and later records repeatedly tie Novus PvP to guild groups and organized town fights.
What the world save preserves
The Dec. 13 world includes a Knights of Novus guildstone, meeting and storage house sign, and linked house near Britain. Chaos Isle preserves a Chaos Guild Hall sign and house destination. Decoration proves those places existed; it does not reconstruct private membership or ownership.
Returning names
Former players are welcome to reconnect, but the archive does not grant control of a current account, guild, or banner. Recognition belongs to the people involved, not to an automatic identity match made from an old post.
