Useful material
Screenshots, maps, public notices, rules, event announcements, old site files, client art, and firsthand recollections can all answer questions. Include an approximate date, where the item came from, who made it, what is visible, and which details you are uncertain about.
Do not post private archives publicly
Account databases, password files, private messages, email lists, IP logs, moderation records, server executables, and staff tools require private review. Do not upload them to a general community channel or forum attachment.
Attribution and permission
Say whether you made the item, received it from someone else, or recovered it from a public page. Tell us how you want to be credited and whether the project may publish the original or only describe it.
After review
The project records provenance, checks privacy and rights, compares the item with existing sources, and previews the public presentation. Acceptance into the private evidence collection does not automatically mean publication.
